Cart and Payments

After completing tax forms in a customer account, you can add the forms to the cart from the Customer Dashboard and make payment. Once a payment is processed, tax forms are submitted to the IRS and state(s).

NOTE:  

  • For definitions of features in the cart screen, see User Interface Map > Cart.

  • To submit state tax forms, state filing must be enabled and added to payer of the customer account (see State Filings).
