Deactivating User Groups

Deactivating a user group retains the user accounts in the group, but the users will no longer have permissions in 1099-Prep, preventing them from logging in.

1. Access User Management.

2. If necessary, click User Groups in the left-side panel.

3. If necessary, search for the user group using the Search for user group field.

4. For the user group listed, click Deactivate User Group icon under the Actions column.
