Form History

If you submitted a form to the IRS and/or state multiple times, view your previously submitted versions of the form using Form History.

NOTE: Form History is only available for forms that have been accepted by the IRS/state, and forms that have were submitted multiple times because of a correction or negation .

To access a form’s history:

  1. Access the Company Dashboard.

  2. Use the Customer Filter to search and access a customer account .

  1. Click a customer tile to access the customer account in the customer dashboard.

  1. Search for the payer or recipient that contains the form whose history you want to view.

  2. Click the expand tile arrow on a payer tile that contains the recipient of the form.

  3. Click the expand tile arrow on a recipient tile of the form.

  4. In the form tile, click HISTORY.

The Correction History for Form prompt displays. All previous submissions of the form display in the prompt.

NOTE: The most recent submission of the form always displays in the prompt, even if there are no other versions.

Click the VIEW in the prompt to open a PDF version of a submitted form.
