Deactivating Users

Deactivating a user retains the user's account in 1099-Prep, but the user will not be able to log in until the user account is reactivated.

  1. Access User Management.
  2. If necessary, click Users in the left-side panel.

  3. If necessary, search for the user account using the Search for users by name or email field.

  4. For the user listed, click Deactivate User icon under the Actions column.

To reactivate a user, click the Reactivate User icon under the Actions column.
