Deactivating Customers
Deactivating a customer retains the customer account in 1099-Prep, but it will no longer be active. Users will not be able to find and interact with the customer on the Customer Dashboard.
- Access User Management.

If necessary, click Customers in the left-side panel.

If necessary, search for the customer account using the Search for customer field.

For the user listed, click Deactivate Customer icon
under the Actions column.
To reactivate a user, click the Reactivate Customer icon under the Actions column.
