Editing Payers

  1. Access the company dashboard.

  2. Optionally, use the Customer Filter to search for a customer account.

  1. In the company dashboard, click a customer tile to access the customer account.

  2. Click the expand tile arrow on a payer tile.

  3. Click EDITbutton in the Payer section. The Edit Payer prompt displays.

  1. Edit payer fields in the prompt and click SAVE.

After processing, a message will appear on the bottom right side of the screen indicating that the Payer was updated.
